I am really insecure about the (somewhat small?) bump on my nose. I have been considering surgery(either surgical or non-surgical, whatever is more suitable) for quite a while now. My ideal nose would be slightly curved, like a ski jump nose. Any advice?

Answer: Rhinoplasty - bump removal Hi there. Thank you for the post. Bump removal is the most common goal in patients looking for nose reshaping surgery. In most situations, a surgical rhinoplasty will deliver the best result and most long-term solution - it also possible to feminise the nose in other ways (e.g. create tip elevation..'ski slope') through this approach. In some cases (e.g. small bumps), it may be possible to achieve a smooth side profile with fat grafting alone, which is much less invasive but also permanent (in contrast to fillers aka 'non-surgical rhinoplasty). Best to arrange a consultation with a fully accredited Plastic Surgeon who can discuss ll options in detail with you. Good luck!

Answer: Bump Yes this is the most common operation that I undertake. You can try Non surgical methods but you ultimately will need subtle surgery to reduce the bump and get the result you really want.
