A detailed understanding of your personal goals and an in person physical exam are critical for surgical planning. However, your photos suggest you need the following: circumferential body lift with rectus plication, and liposuction; gluteal fat transfer; breast lift; upper body lift.
In my opinion, the above procedures should be staged and performed in two operations.

I would begin with your breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Your best option would be a breast lift and tummy tuck. Some liposuction of the flanks and waist can be done as well. This would be a safe combination of procedures to do in one step for maximum results.
