Dr. Illich is hands down, the best plastic surgeon I have seen in both US and in Mexico. He is very passionate and detailed about his work. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family. Dr. Navarro is one of the most genuine Drs I've ever met. He's never made me feel uncomfortable or any judgement for what body I brought him. I was 528lbs and lost over 200lbs with gastric bypass surgery and I have a lot of extra skin and stubborn body fat. He is invested in my journey to see the body in the mirror for how I feel. Everything has been top notch and all he puts your safety first. He's the only plastic surgeon I've met where it truly isn't about the money. He's invested in you.

I had a great experience with Dr. Illich. I am 3 months post upper and lower blepharoplasty and a mini face lift. Dr. Illich did a great job with excellent results. I am happy I had the procedures done. I feel much better about myself and how I look. I am 62 years old and look decades younger according to family and friends. I was glad I was able to do these procedures under sedation and not general anesthesia. The digital consultation and text follow-up visits was very convenient coming from CA so I only traveled once to TJ.

I’m only one day post op, healing is yet to be done. To begin, it was my first ever cosmetic procedure done. I had a great experience. The surgery went great and Dr Carlos and his staff took really good care of me. During the hospital stay Dr checked on me daily and made sure my recovery www going well. I would highly recommend Dr Carlos to anyone.

Dr Illich is an amazing surgeon. He cares about your final results and making you comfortable. He checks with his patients daily while in the hospital and tell you that you can contact him at any time. He definitely cares about his patients and results.

Dr. Navarro is a fantastic doctor. After losing a lot of weight and having loose skin, Dr. Navarro gave me back my figure. My figure is actually better than before. During our consultation, he listened to me to understand my goals, and with his expertise and suggestions, I achieved excellent results. He is very kind, honest, respectful, and up-to-date with the latest techniques. He also injected my lips, and I absolutely love them. I felt safe and well cared for by him and his team, which includes Dr. Camacho. I see myself going back to him in the future!
