I am getting my lips done, and I am aware to stay away from the vowel medications that thin your blood. I also do know I can take Tylenol after injections, but can I take it an hour or so prior to my appointment to help reduce pain and being tense? Will this affect the product of Juvaderm?

While numbness at the injection site is pretty common after getting dermal fillers, sudden numbness one month after your treatment is not likely to be related to the JUVÉDERM®. Check back in with your regular physician to rule out any underlying concerns. Best of luck to you.
As long as there is no lip change or swelling as a result of the surgery (there shouldn't be), there would be no issue in getting lip fillers done so soon after your surgery. Best to speak with a highly trained cosmetic expert such as a dermatologist to ensure optimal results & safety.
