I am getting my lips done, and I am aware to stay away from the vowel medications that thin your blood. I also do know I can take Tylenol after injections, but can I take it an hour or so prior to my appointment to help reduce pain and being tense? Will this affect the product of Juvaderm?

Answer: Tylenol before Juvederm Dear AkuraVirginia,Thank you for your question. Tylenol is fine to take before Juvederm injections. I usually tell my patients to avoid Aspirin and NSAIDs like Advil a few days before the injections since they can increase the risk of developing a bruise. Hope this helps!

Answer: Tylenol Acetaminophen Prior To Juvederm Injection AluraVirginia Thank you for the question. Tylenol prior to facial injections will not negatively affect your result. Motrin, Aspirin and a multitude of other medications and supplements can cause bleeding and make the healing process more involved. Tylenol itself will not negatively affect juvederm.
