I had 1 ml of juvederm injected into my lips about 1 month ago & had numbness/bruising/lumps as i expected. 1 month on Ive noticed numbness in my lips, cheeks, mouth area, even chin! Is this due to the juvederm/could the injector have hit a nerve with the needle? Could a reaction to that really be this delayed? Started to panic now, as Ive got a slight numb feeling over my body (even under feet) but it is worse around my mouth/cheeks, making me think it has spread. Is this linked to lip fillers?

As long as there is no lip change or swelling as a result of the surgery (there shouldn't be), there would be no issue in getting lip fillers done so soon after your surgery. Best to speak with a highly trained cosmetic expert such as a dermatologist to ensure optimal results & safety.
Today it's become far too easy to sell and buy unregulated products online. I would strongly advise against having any remainder of that product injected into your lips, and instead suggest visiting a board-certified cosmetic surgeon who can evaluate the situation and make a recommendation for...
I recommend getting a consultation. It may be possible to perform subcision to the scar without permanent hair loss. There are options to help with hair regrowth following your procedure. I hope this helps!
