I am a very slim person and I've realized my chin length is the part of my face that is out of proportion, very slightly. Chin lipo would do nothing for me as I'm thin and don't have a double chin. It's difficult to find a doctor to do this though, or reviews on it so I'm curious if this is a very rare procedure
