Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for the BBL. A BBL requires 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. If you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. Based on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. A skinny BBL focuses on shape over size/volume. Less fat is used and more precisely placed. Your photos suggest that you'd be great for this procedure.

In order to achieve your goal booty you would need to gain a significant amount of weight. I usually tell my patients they need 10 extra pounds that can be liposuctioned to make a difference, 20 pounds if they want a drastically larger bottom. Another alternative you may want to consider is buttock implants. Buttock implants could give you permanent, instant volume. Then if you wanted to add more fat on top of them later, it’s always an option.

The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. There is tremendous difference in skill level among plastic surgeons in fat removal and fat transfer skills.

This is a question of proportion between your buttocks and hips and your thighs and legs. A BBL performed by a board certified PS who has a wealth of experience can enhance your overall proportions by improving balance between your upper and lower body. The key in many of these cases is to remove as much fat from the areas of excess like the abdomen, sides, lower back, and bra rolls to reduce these larger dimensions. The fat harvested can then be transferred to the buttocks and hips to help balance this further.
