I am 30yrs/130 lbs. I got a kenalog injection as a child and it caused tissue/fat loss, a little atrophy on both sides on my butt. Now that I have gained some weight it is more noticable & it bothers me wearing tight clothes I was told it needs subcision (a release of fibrous bands of the tethering scar tissue) I am back in school, And can only take a few days off, to get this done. Would I need a bbl or can a simple subcision work? And if So, is there a doctor that can do it?
