Skin really tight after alar base reduction? What else can I do to speed up the loosening of my skin? (Photo)

I had alar base reduction with my surgery 2 weeks ago and hate how small and flat they were made, and every time I smile my skin is so tight and 'pulled'. I read I should massage the incision scars to help scar tissue and also massage and stretch the surrounding skin. What else can I do to speed up the loosening of my skin? how long will this last?

Without photos it is hard to advise you, however enlarging the nostril after it has been reduced is not easy. I advise you to consult a certified plastic surgeon so they can advise you on your options.
