My nostrils naturally flare quite a bit and make my nose appear very wide for my face, especially so when I smile.) I have a narrow mouth and i feel it dosn't suit my face. Can I get the alarplasty alone? I do not want to reshape anything but my nostrils. What is the cost? And would I be able to get this done from the inside of the nose, and if the scar will be outside how high does it go? Thanks!
