Alarplasty (inside/outside nostril) cost? Can I get alarplasty alone? I don't want to reshape anything but my nostrils (photo)

Thank you for the question and the photos. It seems that there are a couple issues happening here, and that the treatments could be conflicting. From the base view, it appears that you have asymmetry in the medial crura (the bottom part of the tip cartilages in the midline). Moving the nostrils in, especially on the right, will compromise your airway. It would be best to tighten the tip cartilages and improve the support in that area along with the alarplasty. photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty.  Alarplasty could be performed with either an internal or external incision pattern, depending on how much movement is desired.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically look at
before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed
by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.
The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I
recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

An alar-plasty alone will only narrow  the width of  the nostrils. It will be best to remove the metal ring for at least a couple months after surgery on the the nose
