I got alarplasty to make it smaller and narrower. However the doctor cut too much and make my nostril look too small. Also he cut the skin on upper part of my nostrill to make it more retracted. He didn't tell me before the surgery that he's gonna make my nostril more retracted. I really don't like the result. Do you think it's possible to have revision on the retracted nostril? Thank you
