I changed my sub glandular implant after 10 year as i had too much rippling (bottom pic) but the new subpectoral implant already looks really old and saggy. It is more saggy than before and the shape is awful, is this normal?? What should I do? Do I need a revision? Thank you

Your upper breasts are a little too full. You do not need a lift. Your implants could be lowered slightly, or you could exchange your implants for a lower profile.
If you could repost your photo to show the vertical view and take side photos of both. Sometimes, the difference is the muscle, especially more pronounced on the dominant side, and this is not changeable unless the implants are moved in front of the muscle.
