I had 200cc implants placed behind the muscle, I’m 7 month post op, my right one still sits very high and they look droopy from both side and front view, would an uplift or larger implant correct this or do I need both? Do I have the waterfall deformity?
Answer: Implants Your upper breasts are a little too full. You do not need a lift. Your implants could be lowered slightly, or you could exchange your implants for a lower profile.

Answer: Breast implants Your implants are riding far too high. They usually drop on their own but this may need to be done surgically in your case. Going with a larger implant is not the answer

Answer: BA results Dear Hulk5010, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: 7 months postop It appears that your implants are sitting too high in the pocket. A larger implant will not improve this and I do not believe you would need a lift. You may need a revision to allow the implants to sit lower and stretch out the lower pole of your breast. I recommend speaking with your surgeon about potential treatment options.

Answer: Implant repositioning is likely all you need Thank you for your inquiry and photographs. While an examination would be required for a complete evaluation, in the photographs, it appears that your implants are sitting too high. I believe that it is likely that repositioning the implants down so that the lower portion is not under the muscle (dual plane), they would be fine and you could avoid the cost and scars of a lift as well as not having to pay for new implants. Good luck. J. McMahan, M.D., Columbus Plastic Surgeon
