Disappointing breast revision result. Can loose skin in my cleavage be tightened? (Photo)

Had a BL/BA revision undid the great result original surgeon did by using the same size implants and taking out nearly 3 times the tissue than discussed 260g per side. Ended up smaller and uneven due to using the same size ( original were 50cc different) 2nd revision implants increased in size & 40cc difference still not great but improvement. I have loose skin in cleavage can this be revised tightened ? I wear high neck tops because I am self conscious now 27k later I’m worse off.

Your upper breasts are a little too full. You do not need a lift. Your implants could be lowered slightly, or you could exchange your implants for a lower profile.

If you could repost your photo to show the vertical view and take side photos of both. Sometimes, the difference is the muscle, especially more pronounced on the dominant side, and this is not changeable unless the implants are moved in front of the muscle.

If your original implants were placed behind the muscle, then the second procedure will not be as painful since the muscles will not have to be stretched.
