Why are my implants still riding so high? How can this be corrected? (photos)

Hi. I had my breast augmentation 7 mos ago. 150 cc submuscular, I specifically told my surgeon that I did not want upper pole fulness, but it seems he disregarded my wishes. Now I am left with less than esthetically pleasing results. How would any of you correct this? I had breast lift performed already. Implants are smooth round silicone.

Yes, your implants are high on the chest wall and your breast tissue is low. This is a typical waterfall deformity. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
