I had my surgery about 9 months ago. It went great, recovery went smoothly. I went with 365 ccs round smooth silicone implants. I'm not in any pain right now but my right breast hasn't fully dropped. I went to my doctor, he said there's no capsular contracture because it's not firm . The top of my right breast (where the implant sits slightly higher on my chest) can get a little sore overtime). It is my dominant arm so I do more activities on there. I love them and happy how natural my left is.
Answer: Implants If you could repost your photo to show the vertical view and take side photos of both. Sometimes, the difference is the muscle, especially more pronounced on the dominant side, and this is not changeable unless the implants are moved in front of the muscle.

Answer: Breast implant asymmetry thank you for your question and posting an appropriate picture. For patients with slight asymmetries after breast augmentation, you may undergo ASPEN ultrasonic treatment for non-surgical capsular manipulation. This is a non-surgical treatment which is primarily used for capsular contracture, but can affect asymmetry in the right patient. best to have a consultation to discuss results, of course.

Answer: BA results Dear donnanaaa, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Asymmetry of implants? Based on only 1 posted postop photo and no before photos! My guess is you needed different sized/volume implants to correct the asymmetric appearances. Best to virtual consult with... Fee to exchange and possible donut lift $6,000-$8,000.

Answer: Sisters, not twins Dear donnanaaa, Let's start with your breasts look great. The photo may not be doing justice to your concerns and description of the higher implant. Your birthmark may also be creating some deception as well. Also, your caption on the photo stating that your breasts before surgery were "rlly symmetric" cannot be fully accepted without a preoperative photo to confirm that. Finally, at 9 months, there may be additional settling of your implants. The 6 month time frame for implant settling is not a hard and fast rule, and does not apply to everyone. A few more months of patience might be in order and a review of your side by side before and after photos following that would be prudent. Good luck!
