I’m 22 and I had breast augmentation 10/13/22 and I’m just about 2 months post op. I’m 5’5, 150 pounds and I got 360 cc silicone implants moderate profile. Originally the surgeon recommended 450 cc high profile but I was too scared of being too busty, so he dropped it down to 360. I look at my boobs and want to cry. My right is bigger than my left, they don’t look round and plump at all they look almost cone like now and I think I might have tuberous breasts. I started with an A cup.
Answer: Revision You did not show before or after photos. Most women do not have tuberous breasts, but may have some sagging. Typically, we wait 6 months to let all the swelling subside and the implants settle down before considering a revision.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Optimistic521436, dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.I understand that you are worried about your implants are not dropping as expected. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. If after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. Answer: Listen to your surgeon Dear Optimistic, At least you are that! I'm sure that your surgeon has discussed with you by now, and should have preoperatively, that breast implants after breast augmentation take AT LEAST 6 months to settle in to a final positon. Especially when going from an A cup tissue envelope to what will now be a C or D cup. If they have not, shame on them. If they have and you are just not listening, shame on you. At this point, you need to remain patient and follow your surgeon's guidance (presuming it's an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon). Good luck!
