I want to have a smaller nose. I have no bridge and my nostrils are wide especially when I smile. What would be the best way to go? Why is there puffiness under my eyes? Thank you so much!

You definitely need to meet with an experienced board certified surgeon experienced in rhinoplasty. Ask them as many questions as you feel it is necessary to become comfortable. Make certain you discuss outcomes you would like to see and realistic expectations. You can also ask them about your puffy eyes!
