I would like to know if something can be done for my nose. I don't have a problem with the profile at all, it's nice actually. Also the bridge is perfectly straight. The problem I have is with the bulbous end. I feel like it's got bigger and was never like this before when I was in my 20's (I'm 34 now). It just looks so podgy and round at the end. Is there a solution to making it more shaped? I'm so self conscious of it. Please help! :(

Answer: Fleshy nose As you know, there are limitations on what can be achieved with a rhinoplasty and this largely comes down to the characteristics of the skin envelope. You can get some reduction in tip volume and some neatness by having a tip rhinoplasty but you will need to see an experienced surgeon in order to get some accurate advice about the best technique. this needs to involve a personal consultation with your surgeon who can assess the skin accurately and give you a reasonable level of expectation. Best of luck

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question.Rhinoplasty can definitely improve the shape of your nose, if that is what you would like. You should see a certified cosmetic surgeon who will be able to explain the surgical options in detail.
