pre-pectoral conversion surgery gave me my life back

I originally had a sub-muscular double mastectomy performed elsewhere, which ended up being a disaster. Placing the implants under the pectoral muscle greatly reduced my quality of life. I was referred to Dr. Mesbahi and he suggested to continue breast reconstruction by doing the pre-pectoral conversion surgery. I can say it was the best decision of my life. The pre-pectoral conversion surgery gave me my life back; I don't feel any more pain, I can exercise, I don't have anxiety

6 Days Post-Op - Rhinoplasty & Chin Implant to Smooth Jowls

Had rhinoplasty on 2/11 to address bulbous tip and small hump. The chin implant was to smooth jowling and help with face proportions. The office staff as well as the neighboring ambulatory center staff are all truly wonderful. They're friendly, warm and welcoming. Honestly, the degree of humanity displayed has been so out of the ordinary to me that I've mentioned it already to several people. Dr Mesbahi has been equally fantastic. It works for jowls! But, wish it did more...

I visited The National Center for Plastic Surgery for a consultation on jowling. It was recommended that I get Ultherapy, filler and a chin implant. As of this picture, I had only done the Ultherapy treatment. As you can see in the side-by-side photos, my jaw line is smoother. The pre-jowl indent is also smoother from a front point of view. I Am Super Satisfied and Happy.

Wow, the truth is that I am extremely contented and grateful that God has placed Doctor Alex Mesbahi in my path. In 2013 it was my first surgery with her and since then I have not released her. He gave me a show breast reconstruction and they look super natural despite the cancer and all the treatments. God used him to bring joy back to my life. I have been dealing with him for 8 years and I don't regret it. In this year 2020 I had tissue transfer from the abdomen to the sinuses.

Dr. Mesbahi and Staff Are Amazing!!

Dr. Mesbahi and his entire staff are amazing. Dr. Mesbahi did not cut any corners. He made my well being and my health his first priority. My post op results are amazing!! I was a little worried about scaring because I suffer from hyperpigmentation. Only weeks after surgery I can honestly say I can barely see the incisions. I was also afraid of pain from the surgery, but there was minimal. I’m not sure how Dr. Mesbahi did it but he did. I felt like I could get right back

I'm a mother of 2, breastfed both, decreased from ~C to ~B and noticed some sagging. I'm roughly 5'1 and ~150lbs. I'd like to achieve a D/DD and promised myself that by 30 I would do this (which is in 6 months).
