A full set of facial photographs are required to make a determination about a surgical procedure on the nose. Thick skin in the tip of the nose prevents refinement in that area. I agree with the others that your chin and jaw structure is aesthetically ideal. I do believe that changes to your nose would create a better balance between your nose and existing facial structures.
