I had my primary rhinoplasty one month ago. I feel my nose is over-rotated. My original nasolabial angle was 96 degree. I asked the doctor for a narrower alar, more defined and little higher nose tip. He used my septum cartilage to build a new nose tip and reduced my alar base. Now the angle is 110 degree and the tip looks as big as before. Will the tip go down to the ideal range of 95-105 degree and get more pointed? I'm pretty concerned since my nostrils are shown too. Thank you!
