I am a 34 year old who had an under muscle silicone breast augmentation 3 years ago. The first implants never settled correctly and I had MAJOR inflammation from them. The doctor replaced them with smaller implants and the inflammation went away, but I still find them uncomfortable. I’m interested in an explanation but I’m very nervous about the process. Is it dangerous to do since they are under the muscle? I have a baby now and I’m super scared to die from surgery now. Help please.
