Want implants removed. The muscle above the implants has hurt since I got them 3 yrs ago. Can they be removed while pregnant?

I wanted to get them removed but I found out I am 6 weeks pregnant. My boobs are in evan more pain that they already were its almost unbearable I cry and they sweat in pain before I new i was pregnant I was taking Tylenol. Can they be removed while pregnant. I am so scared to keep them in and having to deal with this pain more or if the pain gets worse I also think I have implant illness. They are under the muscle. Thank you
