Will a nose job help my protruding nose?

buesy11
I feel like my nose protrudes too far out. One New York doctor refused to touch my nose saying that, “It is a hard nose to work on… There is no room for error… your nose is perfectly fine… It’s straight.” Another doctor near Scranton said he’ll “touch it up” for over $5,000 (which I think is a rip off, especially when he said ‘’we’re only going to shave off a millimeter’’). I will post a side profile picture and you can tell me what you think.
