Dear Purrfectme,Because gravity causes swelling to be most pronounced in the lowest part of the nose, it can takes many months (and up to a year) for the tip swelling after rhinoplasty to disappear.  It is too early to tell what your final results will be!  Be patient!Best,Dr. Michelle Yagoda
