It is not clear if you have had a rhinoplasty and if you are concerned that it has changed. Did you have a recent trauma to your nose? It is not obvious looking at your photos that there is a problem.

As some of the other doctors have said, it's hard to tell if you have had a rhinoplasty or non-surgical rhinoplasty previously and that is causing the lack of definition you mentioned above. It would be great to know more information to be able to determine.
