Rhinoplasty is one of the most exacting plastic surgery procedures. It’s also the one I perform most often. For each patient, I aim to deliver results that look as natural as if they’d never had surgery. Rhinoplasty can be done for cosmetic or functional purposes—or both. It can straighten a crooked nose, smooth out a hump, refine the nasal tip, or make the nose smaller and more proportional with the rest of the face. Some of my patients opt for a septoplasty, to relieve breathing difficulties. For those who have had facial trauma, reconstructive rhinoplasty can help restore the nose you were born with, or even improve on it. Dr. Yavrouian is thoughtful and sincere in how he talks to his patients. I never feel rushed when I'm there. He took the time to tell me the risk and benefits of all of my options from least invasive to most invasive. I chose to go with a combination of FaceTite and Morpheus 8 for my neck and I couldn't be happier with the result; it turned out better than I expected. I would go back to Dr. Yavrouian in a heartbeat.
I first went to Dr. Yavrouian a few years ago when my former ENT passed away. I had years of problems with my sinuses. I had used every spray and pill out there, but he prescribed a special powder to put in my saline solution rinse that literally changed my life. I used it for a few months and that was it! ...read moreI really like dr Yavourian. He’s super understanding very nice. I had three different surgeries in one which was sinus infection deviated septum’s and rhinoplasty. After my surgery I barely had any bruising or complications with my nose and minimal pain. When I had difficulty or any questions kim (nurse) was on standby over FaceTime anytime I needed it.
Dr. Yavrouian is an amazing doctor! He really listened to what my goals were and was very patient and informative with me. His staff is so sweet and I'm always seen with the best care every time! In my opinion, I would rather go to a doctor who will be real with me, than a doctor who will just agree with anything I say and promise me unrealistic expectations. I appreciate Dr. Yavrouian's honesty and knowledge, I seriously have never felt more confident!

I would definitely recommend Dr.Yavrouian for a nose job. He is very professional and he did an amazing job. His staff are very professional as well. Dr.Yavrouian did an amazing job with my daughter’s nose , my daughter and I are just thankful!
