Hi. Based on your pics, you would likely be a good candidate for a mini tummy tuck with umbilical float. This allows rectus plication (tightening of the stomach muscles) to help flatten the contour and also remove the slight amount of excess skin. Liposuction alone is also an option, but it would not be expected to provide as much contour improvement. But this all depends on your actual physical examination. I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon with good experience with body contouring to help go over all of these options with you.

Hello, The tummy tuck with remove your loose skin and fix any muscle separation. Liposuction will only remove the "bulk" from the area. With that being said, if you just have Liposuction you may still be left with loose skin in the area. A tummy tuck will give you the best result. Hello, based on the photographs provided, the prominence of your lower abdomen is most likely caused by rectus diastasis which can only be corrected with a surgical repair. This is routinely done as part of an abdominoplasty. Liposuction can be added to improve contour. I hope you find this helpful.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos and history, it is most likely muscle separation so liposuction won't help much. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

This is common after pregnancy and in order for you to achieve the flattest abdomen, the diastasis should be repaired. Your overall skin looks to be good quality, and therefore, I believe your best result would come from a small amount of liposuction of your waist and abdomen followed by a mini tummy tuck and repair of your diastasis. From your photos, it looks like you might have either some separation of the lower abdominal muscles or some excess fatty tissue in the lower abdomen, or possibly a combination of both. A tummy tuck would address any muscle separation, while liposuction would be suitable if there's no muscle separation and only excess fat. It is difficult to assess the quality of your skin based on the photos provided. Generally speaking, however, women who’ve had multiple pregnancies tend to develop loose skin in their mid-section. This loose skin cannot be tightened with liposuction alone. A tummy tuck may be more suitable for you for this reason.
