Answer: Abdomen You can do EMSculpt and micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret or Morpheus. Also, minimally invasive skin tightening like Renuvion or BodyTite would also work well. You don't need a tummy tuck.

Answer: Non-surgical skin tightening To my knowledge, unfortunately there is no non-invasive skin tightening procedure that is significantly effective. We still rely on skin resection to help meet the objectives. Still, you can meet with an experienced body contouring surgeon to explore your options. Thank you.

Answer: Skin Tightening Thank you for your question and pictures. Unfortunately once skin loses it's elasticiy, it's very hard to get it back to how it was, most times the most effective procedure is to remove it. I highly recommend Vaser liposuction and JPlasma. Vaser liposuction uses ultrasound technology to precisely target and remove fat. JPlasma, tightens the skin, enhancing the overall results by improving skin elasticity and firmness. Together, these procedures can effectively address stubborn fat and loose skin without the extensive scarring associated with a Tummy Tuck. However, those procedures work to an extent and do not promise 100% skin retraction. If you're willing to travel, Surgeons in the Dominican Republic have experience and very high standard of excellence when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm positive you can get what you're looking for.

Answer: Addressing Excess Skin: Exploring Your Options Hello lvly777, thank you for your question regarding non-surgical procedures to tighten your abdominal area. By examining your photos, it appears that you have excess skin, not excess fat. Unfortunately, non-surgical procedures are limited in their ability to effectively tighten significant amounts of excess skin. While treatments like radiofrequency or ultrasound therapy can provide some skin tightening, they typically don't deliver the dramatic results you're seeking. The only way to address the excess skin definitively is through an abdominoplasty, commonly known as a tummy tuck. A tummy tuck will remove the excess skin and tighten the underlying muscles, providing a smoother and firmer abdominal appearance. While the scar from a tummy tuck can be a concern, experienced plastic surgeons work to place the incision in a location that can be easily concealed by underwear or swimsuits. Good luck with your decision. I hope this helps answer your question regarding non-surgical procedures and the need for a tummy tuck. Sincerely, J. Timothy Katzen, MD, FASMBS, FICS

Answer: Abdomen laxity From the submitted photos the recommendation would be a tummy tuck. Your main issue appears to be skin laxity. Less invasive options such as BodyTite or Morpheus8 may bring some improvement but not near the difference that a tummy tuck would make. You appear to be a good candidate and I would expect that you'd have nice results from an abdominoplasty.
