The first picture is three months post surgery and the second picture is three years post surgery. Ever since my surgery, I’ve tried to look on the bright side. I think that I look better than I did before, but I always felt like I was botched and I went back to my surgeon a couple times he just looks at me and says it looks great and I just feel like, I wasn’t sculpted enough . Do I need another surgery? Any suggestion?

Answer: Post Tummy Tuck With all cosmetic surgery, improvement occurs without perfection. Realistic expectations are critical to achieving satisfaction with this surgery. Looking at your pictures, (and I don't have the prep"s) there could be some revisional surgery done to improve your results. A revision of the lower abdomen with scar revision and contouring of the flanks with liposuction could be done. I would talk to your surgeon about this.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Brave927287, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Unhappy with results From the submitted photos it appears you would have improvement with additional liposuction for contouring. The scar position is less than ideal but it is more involved to address than suctioning the waist and flanks. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns and learn more about your options.
