Revision rhinoplasty, or do you think filler is adequate to give me the result I want? (Photo)

hello a94, sorry to hear you regret your surgery, its not uncommon people to regret having surgery and wanting to go back to the 'old nose'. unfortunately is not possible. you wish you had better surgery which is understandable, you still can ; revision rhinoplastywrite down to a paper what went good and what did not went well in your last surgeryi thought (looking at the photos you provided) that your profile view improved compared to preop but your front photos are less improved. if these issues are addressed hopefully your overall satisfaction can improve ?- nostril asymmetry- left nasal wall collapse- dorsum asymmetry (lower half finishing to your right)i would also tend to think that your midvault (dorsum) asymmetry also is negative on your breathing, i really don't think these can be addressed with filler (filler to the left nasal side can even cause it to collapse more) and you are looking down to a revision rhinoplasty or not doing anything at all.good luck with your journey, hope our message gives good perspective
