Is my nose job botched? Is there an in-office procedure to shave down the tip and correct over-rotation? (Photo)

I'm answering this very late after it was posted, but I think it's still worth it for others who might read it. There is no simple fix for this. It would require a full revision, probably with costal cartilage.

It is not botched, it is exactly what you're going to get in Turkey/Lebanon/Middle East (and a few Aussie surgeons too!). This sort of nose is what they regard as the most beautiful. You are very fortunate that it does actually suit your face well, it definitely doesn't for a lot of people. It just takes a bit of getting used to if it is not what you were expecting.
The take home message is to only go overseas if this is the sort of nose you definitely "want" *and* you know it's gonna suit your face *and* you're prepared mentally for it.
