What is this lump on my nasal sidewall? Rhinoplasty in 2017 (Photo)

Had rhinoplasty in 2017. This lump is in between the skin . What is this and how easy is this to remove without having full surgery again. Can this be removed by a dermatologist or will it have to ge by a rhinoplasty specialist. I just would like this removed please.
