What is this lump on my nasal sidewall? Rhinoplasty in 2017 (Photo)

Hi! I can't say for sure what this is. It looks like it might be a bunch of scar tissue but hard to say. I would see if you can get your op note to see if anything unusual was placed here that could be causing some kind of reaction like an implant and/or filler or something. Otherwise, I would try to do a steroid injection first to see if that helps calm it down vs. going straight for removal. It may be better to have a surgeon do this.
