After years of Botox and fillers, nothing was helping me to get rid of my joules and loose neck. Also, my upper eye lips were interfering with my overall appearance. I researched (on RealSelf and instagram) for about 4 months and came across Dr. Durand. The research I found was undoubtably incredible. Not only did I research reference information about him, I also did research about his medical mentors. I have worked in the health care profession for over 20 years, with adult stroke and head and neck cancer patients in two teaching hospitals in South Florida. I have witnessed reconstructive surgery first hand. So I can tell you how impressed I was with Dr. Durand’s surgical accomplishments. The day of my initial consultation, Dr. Durand was not only extremely professional but attentive and kind and explicit to what exactly he was going to do. His confidence and knowledge was what confirmed my decision to use him as my Facial Plastic Surgeon. I am beyond grateful and ecstatic with my results. Since my surgery, I have only recommended Dr. Paul Durand as THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I did my initial rhinoplasty with Dr. Miami 12 years ago and my nose was perfect. Then I recently had a car accident in October 2023 which resulted in me fracturing my nose. I began searching around for doctors in Miami that specializes in revision rhinoplasty and stumbled upon Dr. Paul Durand even though he didn’t have many pictures on his Instagram page the ones he did have were amazing ,his credentials were outstanding so I decided to do a consult with him might I add the consultations were free at the time ( December 2023) . When I met with him and we sat down, he instantly asked me what it was about my nose that I didn’t like. I said that I loved my nose but ever since the accident I feel like my nasal bones had shifted a little bit and were crooked. He agreed they were definitely crooked, and he suggested that we reset them He even went as far as to say, which is what made me like him instantly was how honest he was he didn’t want to guarantee that he could get it super straight, but he was pretty sure he could . Revision rhinoplasty with him starts at 10k which is the standard in Miami but when I sat down with the coordinator to discuss price he said he would do my surgery for $5000 considering it didn’t involve too much work as my tip was already perfect . What surgeon is that generous ? None ! I booked instantly had my surgery Jan 3, 2024 my recovery has been a breeze thus far took my cast off today and I was blown away I didn’t think my nose could get any better than my previous rhinoplasty but here I am with the most perfect nose on the planet ! I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t wait to come write this review because he truly is skilled at his craft . I will definitely be doing my Breast lift with implants with him in the summer . Incredible doctor overall. I am SO happy w results - went from A cup to C cup and they look natural and fit with my body which is exactly what I wanted. Paul is kind and thorough and has a phenomenal bedside manner.

There are no words to express the most amazing and professional and knowledgeable surgeon dr. Durand is. From my first consultation and follow ups after that I couldn’t have picked a better surgeon. His charisma his patience his knowledge and professionalism is just beyond my expectations. I felt very comfortable in my first visit and continue to feel comfortable. To begin with, Dr. Durand is an incredible surgeon.

I began doing research for a plastic surgeon to do my rhinoplasty earlier last year. I had spoken with other surgeons and although they seemed knowledgeable, I hadn’t felt secure enough to choose any of them for this procedure. My mother in law told me about Dr. Durand, which was the doctor who did her breast augmentation. Her results for that procedure were perfect, so I decided to take a look into Dr. Durand. After some research, I decided to schedule an appointment with him for a consultation primarily about my previous breast augmentation that I had with a different surgeon and secondarily about the possibility of a rhinoplasty.

The consultation felt so genuine and comfortable. Dr. Durand has the best bedside manners. Firstly, I presented him with my concerns about my previous breast augmentation. Unlike other surgeons I talked to, his concern was discovering what was causing my pain rather than suggesting a new surgery (which other surgeons immediately jumped to and that likely would have cost a lot). Here, he presented himself as a true doctor rather than someone trying to make a dollar. At that point, I felt comfortable enough to talk about the rhinoplasty. He explained everything to me. What to expect, what would look good for my features and ultimately what I wanted.

His background is impressive given his education, mission work, and his involvement in the first facial transplant surgery in the U.S. So, I decided he was the right doctor to handle my septorhinoplasty.

The surgery went great. My swelling has gone done so much and it’s only been three weeks since my surgery. He did such a beautiful job and I am so incredibly happy with my results. Additionally, he provides detailed written information on what to expect after the surgery, how to use your medication, how to clean your incision site, and other frequently asked questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Dr Paul Durand is an amazing Dr. I highly recommend him. When I came in for my consultation it was warm and friendly and really took the time with me to size me properly for my breast augmentation with lift. My surgery was very successful and the results are beautiful and natural looking. My recovery was very manageable and I can lift my arms the next day, he is a magician!
