May God continue to bless his hands ! I did my initial rhinoplasty with Dr. Miami 12 years ago and my nose was perfect. Then I recently had a car accident in October 2023 which resulted in me fracturing my nose. I began searching around for doctors in Miami that specializes in revision rhinoplasty and stumbled upon Dr. Paul Durand even though he didn’t have many pictures on his Instagram page the ones he did have were amazing ,his credentials were outstanding so I decided to do a consult with him might I add the consultations were free at the time ( December 2023) . When I met with him and we sat down, he instantly asked me what it was about my nose that I didn’t like. I said that I loved my nose but ever since the accident I feel like my nasal bones had shifted a little bit and were crooked. He agreed they were definitely crooked, and he suggested that we reset them He even went as far as to say, which is what made me like him instantly was how honest he was he didn’t want to guarantee that he could get it super straight, but he was pretty sure he could . Revision rhinoplasty with him starts at 10k which is the standard in Miami but when I sat down with the coordinator to discuss price he said he would do my surgery for $5000 considering it didn’t involve too much work as my tip was already perfect . What surgeon is that generous ? None ! I booked instantly had my surgery Jan 3, 2024 my recovery has been a breeze thus far took my cast off today and I was blown away I didn’t think my nose could get any better than my previous rhinoplasty but here I am with the most perfect nose on the planet ! I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t wait to come write this review because he truly is skilled at his craft . I will definitely be doing my Breast lift with implants with him in the summer .
