16 months post-op & breathing became pretty bad a few months ago, what is inside my nose?

I'm 16 months post op and the last few months my breathing became pretty bad, I can barely breathe while exercising or on my bicycle, and I'm often pulling my cheek to get some air. It also tickles occasionally. What is it? Turbinates or scar tissue or an collapse?

I'm answering this very late after it was posted, but I think it's still worth it for others who might read it. There is no simple fix for this. It would require a full revision, probably with costal cartilage.
