Considering implant revision but fear worse result - is it worth it? (Photos)

I had breast augmentation done 9 months ago. Motiva 314cc. I am happy with the implant size however have not been happy with the shape of my left breast. The left breast is clearly more boxy and isn’t round. I kept on contacting my surgeon who initially told me to wait, later said he didn’t see what I was talking about , later finally agreed he could see what I was talking about and agreed to revise. I have now got my surgery booked in a months time however started worrying whether it is worth it and fearing what If it looks worse or I have a complication. Could someone t if this surgery or very straightforward? Form what I understand I need the implant pocket made bigger? Or the muscle to be cut in more? The surgeon didn’t really explain.
