What is the safest procedure for replacing ruptured implant?

I have done my boob job in miami 9 years ago and in my recent ultra sound i found out my left breast implant is destroyed from inside: i have consulted 3 drs and two have advised me to replace the implant with new with mayve moving one capsule beteeen the another dr recommended to completly remove the capsule and didnt recommend to chage it immeidlty as he said its risky.
