Breast implant exchange - concerned about Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma. Any advice?

ekrx
I had a bilateral mastectomy with saline textured implant reconstruction. I have had absolutely no issues for 20 years. Recently, I found out about Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), and I am very concerned. I’m considering replacing my implants since they are 20 years old anyway, and given their age, I think it might be a good idea. Do you have any advice?
