Breast implant revision and mini tummy tuck, reverse tummy tuck - what are my best options? (Photos)

Hi! I’ve had previous breast augmentation surgery and lift. Now I’m scheduled for e revision, change of implants and tightening the lift. Today I have Motiva Ergonomix, one implant (my left) is 500 cc and the right one is 550 cc.HPWhen the first lift was performed 200 cc of my own tissue in one breast was removed. My surgeon suggested changing them to Mentor moderate plus 440, both the same. Since there is still an assymetry today. I have hade large breast my entire life, so I’m not interested in going small but still, sometimes when I see myself on photos they look quite large. I weigh 64 kg and I am 166 cm tall. I want them to look tighter, slightly smaller, still the same width to achieve claevege. What’s your take on this? I’m also scheduled for a mini tummy tuck, only skin removal. Lipo of the entire abdomen with some etching. And a reverse tummy tuck. I do not experience any issue with diastasis and I don’t like the look of a new operated umbilical. The surgeon said I barely had any diastasis. Do you believe I’m a good candidate for this? The reverse tummy tuck does not seem to be performed often I Scandinavia. He didn’t want to tighten only the muscles below the umbilical, I asked if he could since he was operating there anyways. But he said it’s best to tighten the entire abdomen if I wish to tighten muscles because the outcome will be better. He also said the sutures in the IMF will hurt quite a lot since he need to anchor the tissue there. Thank you!
