Animation deformity or something else? How should I move forward? (Photos)

I had a breast implant revision along with crescent lift in 2022. Shortly after the surgery, around 6 months or so, I noticed how my right breast looked considerably smaller and even slightly distorted when I flexed or raised my arms overhead. While resting or in a bra, they look relatively the same although I do notice a little more volume at the top of my left breast than in my right. I visited my surgeson, who explained that it was likely animation deformity. There is no pain associated with this issue. I am happy with the size and think they look good in most thing, but have found myself becoming increasingly self conscious in workout shirts and bathing suits, especially if I'm being active and it's much more noticable. This being my second surgery, I was happy with the results but as time goes on, I feel (and it could be in my head) this seems to be getting worse (certainly not better). My surgeon has since retired, so I figured I could start here with how to best move forward.
