I’ve always had low set breasts but I’m wondering if it looks like I need a breast lift? My nipples don’t appear to be below the IMF and I only just fail the pencil test on one breast. I wish they were fuller on top and firmer but not sure what would be best to achieve this.

Answer: Do I need a lift? From your photos it appears you can consider breast augmentation to achieve more upper pole fullness. An in person evaluation is always best, but the photos indicate you can consider the implants with no lift needed. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Hello No, you don’t need a breast lift, you just need breast implants, and round to fill the upper pol, because it’s empty

Answer: Need Better Pictures To truly tell, pictures would need to be straight on and from the true side to side perspective on each side. Even with these pictures, you are correct in that your nipples are not particularly low. A breast lift can help to reshape the lower pole of the breast or correct some mild nipple asymmetry. In these cases, however, placing a small implant on each side can improve the overall appearance of the breast and improve cleavage in clothes and bathing suits. I would make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to ensure that you understand all of your options.
