Everyone has a different "footprint" to the location of their breasts and yes, yours are a little low. Nipples look to be above crease. Your best options for upper pole fullness include implant or fat transfer. I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon. You can find one at plasticsurgery.org.

The best option for you is the breast augmentation with silicone implants. You don’t have significant ptozis. With careful planning and proper implantsize you will have upper pole fullness, elegant cleavage and perky breasts

To truly tell, pictures would need to be straight on and from the true side to side perspective on each side. Even with these pictures, you are correct in that your nipples are not particularly low. A breast lift can help to reshape the lower pole of the breast or correct some mild nipple asymmetry. In these cases, however, placing a small implant on each side can improve the overall appearance of the breast and improve cleavage in clothes and bathing suits. I would make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to ensure that you understand all of your options.

Your nipples are above level of the inframammary fold, which means that you do not need a lift; if you want slightly larger breasts, consider augmentation. Good luck.

In my my opinion, no, you do not need a lift. You have beautiful natural shape and scars will not provide a significant enough change in shape and nipple position to be worth it at this point.

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Thanks for providing photos. You do not need a breast lift. Your breast aesthetics are WNL and Nipple Areolar Complexes are at maximally projecting point on the breast. If you ever desired more fullness/upper pole fullness, a breast implant could provide that for you.
