Answer: Chest I would suggest liposuction of the excess fat and consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening with Renuvion or ThermiTight to help tighten the skin in that area.

Answer: Which procedure would help correct the appearance of side boob after a breast lift? 5 months post op Hello @mstifc, thank you for your question Ideally, a patient should undergo a personalized consultation with a surgeon, during which a surgical plan tailored to the patient's expectations will be presented. After seven more months that everything has heal completely reconfiguring the tissue, lifting and reshaping is an option that would produce a very favorable esthetic outcome. Best wishes! Answer: Which procedure would help correct the appearance of side boob after a breast lift? Side boob following breast lift surgery may be due to a couple of factors. It may be due to insufficient skin tightening on that part of the breast with possible stretching of the skin as one heals. By the photos, it appears that this is mostly fat in the lower armpit area that was not addressed at the time of surgery. Often this is treated with liposuction. In my practice, I often incorporate liposuction with a breast lift surgery as part of the procedure. It seems to make sense to me that if one is lifting the breast to make it look nicer, one should address this. Obviously it takes more time and effort in the operating room, this is built into the price of breast lift surgery in my office but can vary with other offices. Best bet is to discuss this with your surgeon. This may be easily corrected with liposuction under local anesthesia.
