I am in my late 20s and have recently lost some weight which has left me with loose skin on my breasts. I don't mind that much how they look when I'm standing, but I really hate how the excess skin gathers when I'm laying down. I've had a consult with a surgeon about a donut life who just said they don't think I'll get the results I want. Could anyone give more opinions about a donut vs an anchor lift? I'm also interested in BodyTite but can't find much info online

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Weight loss leading to sagging breasts Hello! You are deflated and have loose skin. A breastlift with anchor or lollipop incision would provide your best option to tightening skin. Minimally invasives will not help adequately for the money you spend. I would recommend you consider some form of augmentation, either with implants or with fat transfer to help re-fill the lost volume. Best of luck to you!
