Would I be okay to go under anesthesia if I had a reaction when I was 9?

You can go under anesthesia, remember you will be in a or, if some things happen it’s the best place to be, in the worst scenario you Will need get a tube to breathe, breast augmentation it’s a really quick surgery, it takes me 30 minutes so the risk it’s less

Medications have changed somewhat since your first surgery. Do let your anesthesiologist know about your previous reaction so he/she can watch more closely for any signs. He/she might even do a pretreatment before surgery. However, you should do well.

You should get clearance from your allergist, or at least determine exactly what medications, if any, you are allergic to prior to having surgery. I believe many surgeons would suggest not taking a chance on you with anesthesia. Many others would help you navigate the correct pathway and set of evaluations to help increase your chances of successful surgery. Be safe and get the proper consultations before getting surgery with experts (this may require internal medicine, allergy and immunology, and of course, excellent coordination between your surgeon, anesthesiologist and those other consultants.)
