I would suggest going to your medical doctor and being checked. There are no nerves in the breast that go up to your throat or to your arm. However, if your implants are under the muscle, some pain can occur outside of the breasts. You might also want to go see your plastic surgeon to be sure you do not have a capsule. Anxiety could raise your blood pressure and heart rate. Otherwise, your symptoms would not be related to your breasts.

I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an examination. The pain you are experiencing could be from multiple causes and a more in depth evaluation is needed to determine next steps.

Your symptoms cross paths with several different organ systems, including the breast (integument), GI tract, and the cardiovascular system.
This is too complex to accurately evaluate with an internet conversation. You require an in-person evaluation and examination by your plastic surgeon.

Hello and greetings from Turkey. Normally the pain after the breast augmentation has to be gone by 6 months of time. If there is still pain after 6 months, it has to be checked with scan and other tests. I strongly suggest you to contact with your doctor and have the in-person examination.
