Is the fat transffered in the muscle or in the breast tissue? If transffered to muscle, does/ can the fat cause long term felling of tightnes/weight or breathing problems?
Answer: Grafted fat placement? Hello @Diligent327739, thank you for your question. A fat graft is usually performed to enhance the breast and give it more volume by injecting fat into the breast tissue rather than into the muscle. Since fat is placed where breast tissue would normally be, this makes the breasts appear and feel more natural. Currently, I am not aware of any method of implanting fat into muscle. Best wishes! Answer: Fat Fat is placed mainly inside breast tissue to give fullness to the breasts. Some fat can be added very carefully to the deep surface of the skin. In those ladies who need reconstruction after mastectomy, fat can be carefully added to muscle in some cases and in specific areas. No, it will not interfere with breathing.

Answer: Grafted fat placement Dear Diligent327739, in case of fat transfer to breasts, fat is transferred to fat tissue and not muscle or gland. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
