In my experience, fat transfer works well to restore upper breast fullness without implants and/or a lift.

Provided you have adequate fat to utilize, a modest increase in fulness can make the breasts appear slightly “lifted.” You appear to be a good candidate.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Your breasts look perfectly normal to me. You nave minimal ptosis, good volume and shape. I would recommend nothing base on the photos you have posted. Thank you.

Neither fat transfer or implants will lift the breast regardless of what you may have read. But if you want a little more volume you can try fat transfer

Fat grafting in it of itself will not lift the breasts, however, it will help to fill them out and increase the upper pole fullness so that your breasts have a more youthful, perky appearance. While it is difficult to tell with your pictures, it does not appear that you need a breast lift. Good luck.

Your poses and covering your nipples prevent me from being specific, but I suspect you need a lift, especially on the lower side. Otherwise, you will just have larger breasts that are shaped and laying the same as they do now. Fat fills but does not lift the breasts.

Better naked breast photos with frontal and side views would aid in accurate evaluations. I feel that fat transfer may both fill and raise the breasts. The need for a periareolar mastopexy would require a physical exam to determine if it's indicated.

Breast fat transfer is good for increasing breast size by approximately 1/2 cup when done by sufficiently talented and experienced providers. The procedure is not good at changing the shape of the breast and will not lift your breast. Implants are far better at creating volume in the upper half of the breast, and will create a slight lift. This benefits do not come with fat transfer. The procedures are radically different in that fat transfer has a little bit impact on the breast shape while implants have a drastic effect on the shape of the breast.
Your nipple position is well above your inframammary fold and it doesn’t appear that you are in the need for a mastopexy. I question if the scar is worth the potential improvement in the opposition.
I’m not a big fan of the Benelli, mastopexy or donut breast lift. The procedure tends to flatten the areola and Scars often and large, making the areola too wide. There is obviously some variance and to some degree. The results depend on the provider.
Your breast milk excellent and are fairly close to ideal. There’s something to be said about not having surgery if not needed.
