Fat graft to breasts - does the injection site leave a scar?

Hi. I'd like to know if the injection sites on the breasts will leave scar? As I have stayed away from implants because of that matter. If yes, how significant are injection scars?

There are tiny scars from the very small cannula used to insert the fat. No stitches are stables are usually used. The scar for harvesting fat is a little larger, but still small.
