I have only picked to see one surgeon because I do not have the funds to be paying 100s just for consultations. Through my online searching, I have chosen to see a 'top surgeon' in the UK as a whole, luckily in Scotland. He does between 50 - 60 a year and he has being doing them for 25 years. Does this sound ok? I NEED advice badly as I'm terrified of making such a big decision - at the same time, I can't go on feeling self conscious (mainly because from the front, my nose is 'fat'). Generally I consider the minimum to be at least weekly, so it sounds like this surgeon meets that criteria.Some other things you should be considering:-board certification (and in a board specific for rhinoplasty such as facial plastic surgeon, otolaryngology or plastic surgery.-before and after images. An experienced surgeon should be able to show you a wide variety of cases with excellent results.-word of mouth or online reviews- we all expect some bad reviews, but in general you should see that patients have been pleased with your surgeon.-Your gut feeling- do you like the surgeon? are you comfortable and confident in their abilities?Rhinoplasty is the most challenging cosmetic procedure-do not rush your decision.

More important than the number of rhinoplasties a surgeon does is the quality of the work and his results.The type of rhinoplasty that a surgeon does for your kind of nose is what you were going to get.
